US SHIPPING POLICY

 

Most orders will ship out within 1-2 business days of order placement. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Once your merchandise is shipped, orders are usually received within 7 business days.

 

 

ALASKA & HAWAII SHIPPING POLICY

 

We happily ship orders to all 50 U.S. states. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will ship via USPS Priority Mail and cannot be expedited. Free shipping on orders of $75 or more does not apply to our fellow American customers in Alaska and Hawaii, we are sorry.

 

Your shipping confirmation e-mail will verify which carrier is mailing your package and how you can track your package.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

We are excited about our international customers! We strive to find the cheapest and most efficient ways for your package to reach you. We can guarantee that your package will cost $39.00 or less to ship. An initial charge of $39.00 will be added to your ticket when checking out to cover the shipping. We will then refund the difference of the actual cost to ship to your location. Although this may seem a little confusing, we’ve concluded that this is currently the most efficient way for us to handle international shipping.

 

Free shipping on orders of $75 or more does not apply to our international customers, sorry.




HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER SHIPPED?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped. Any information regarding any backordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate e-mail. You may also view your order status and any updates online by logging into your account and selecting "view my previous orders."
