An extraordinary one-of-a-kind Libby Story transformation created from an authentic vintage Gucci Accessory Collection clutch, estimated to date from the early to mid-1980s.

The original bag features rich brown suede, dark brown leather trim and Gucci’s iconic green-and-red Web stripe. We completely reimagined the clutch as a structured top-handle handbag using authentic vintage Gucci leather handles repurposed from another Gucci bag. The interior has been thoughtfully re-lined in denim for a fresh, durable finish.

Handmade Libby Story embellishments—including a romantic floral tassel charm and layered charm pin with pearls, hearts and vintage-inspired details—give this heritage piece an artful, collected-over-time personality.

This is an authentic vintage Gucci bag that has been independently restored and customized by Libby Story. The denim lining and handmade embellishments are not original to Gucci.
